New Trading Week

Good evening dynamic traders,

Now that last weeks NFP is behind us we can get back to normal trading again although we still have UK bank rate to contend with later this week.

The GBPUSD has provided gains on the long side over the last couple of months and is now in consolidation. Although forex is renown for it's big trends, trends occur based on certain factors such as how well the country is performing against it's counterparts or how many have been made unemployed this month or what the current interest rate is. Fundamentals has often played a big role in directing the price and this is usualy the case at times like now where the GBPUSD is waiting for some form of guidance. In the end the guidance will be provided by either the bulls or the bears but right now they are fighting amongst themselves with no real belief in their cause. That may change later this week where the price could perform a breakout for a continuation or reversal but it could always stay in it's comfort zone and bore us with some further consolidation above the value index.

The Dynamic Trader members who are not already in this position will know what needs to be done here and should act according to what Javid has shown on the forex webinars.

I was going to attach one or two screen shots of the GBPUSD but as it is moving sideways I thought instead I will put up a few photos from yesterdays day out at Wimbledon. We have more than 200 pictures from all three of yesterdays games but I took the first few of the bunch only so not to inundate this blog with tennis.

Yesterdays Analysis

Good evening forex traders,

Further to yesterdays webinar analysis we can see today at the time of writing this update the GBPUSD has rallied 250 pips and the USDCAD has dropped 139 pips.

I am hoping this has shown you all the zone of reversal and the effect it sometimes has. The basic analysis demonstrated was to provide you all with simple techniques you should all look to implement. This is a very simple method of making money from the markets.

Many of you have emailed regarding questions since yesterday and I have not had the time to reply to all of you as yet but I am still going through them and will get back to you all by tonight.

Back from holidays

Hello everyone

As I think most of you will know by now, we have been away for a few weeks on a shortish road trip around Europe. We started in Germany before heading to Austria followed by Italy then South of France. With so much travelling our only drawback was not the miles being covered but the lack of consistent internet connection for our trading. We did get to manage positions at some of our destinations though.

We have taken hundreds of pictures and plenty of video footage but have limited this update with just a few pictures so as not to detract from the upcoming trading week.

As Javid mentioned some weeks ago on the forex webinars, USDCAD short was a good trade to take and GBPUSD at the same time was also good long position to consider. Both have provided excellent profits so far. We could see a pullback soon so it will be worthwhile paying some attention to these positions this coming week.

We have also mentioned about a potential Gold bullish period some weeks ago and this too has produced some good points. If Gold was to break the previous 1000 resistance convincingly then we should prepare for further bullish activity. If Gold cant find the momentum to break the strong resistance then we might find further range bound activity or a double top scenario.

Our system has shown the FTSE 100 has been bullish since mid March and is now approaching a strong resistance zone so those of you who trade this Index should be aware.

Good evening dynamic traders,

Those of you who traded the GBPUSD from Javid's analysis below earlier today should be managing the trade now if you are still in this.

I wanted to welcome Richard Monnery to the Dynamic Trader group and wish him all the success in his forex trading career.

I also wanted to mention a couple of new sites run by Clayton on behalf of Dynamic Trader Ltd which will be some discretionary and mostly systematic trading. This will be an interest to those if you who use Metastock, Tradestation or need trading rules with mechanical entry and exits as opposed to guessing or trading with greed and fear. From what Javid has mentioned, Clayton will be covering over 2009 on both fxtts and forextrendtradingsystem I am looking forward to the updates in the future. I guess when you no longer work you want to fill your time in other ways and clearly Clayton has lots of time available soon with forex trading being his full time career.

I too want to say thank you to two very special people. Ash & Bijal who took us to Iceland for a holiday and one we will never ever forget. As Javid has already said and I must agree it certainly was life changing. Thank you both for a very eventful time.

Hello forex traders. I know I don't often do an update but today I wanted to welcome our newest dynamic trader and so I though it would also be a suitable excuse for a forex analysis too.

Firstly, I would like to thank Bijal Shah, Saba Jackson, Clayton Farnworth, John Maher and Ash Shah for all the time and effort they put in in helping you to learn the forex markets. These are all very special people who want to help people acheive their trading goals and success and spend hours a week of their own time. Thank you guys.

I would also like to thank you the readers for your positive emails regarding the forex blogs. We get many emails a day and although we do try to keep on top of them and respond to them all, it is quite often difficult to do so. So, for those of you who have written in regarding the daily FX updates, thank you for taking the time and for your kind words.

Now, I would like to introduce you to Richard Monnery. The latest dynamic trader and one I know you will be following to further your education in the currency markets. I mentored Richard in forex less than a year ago and from knowing nothing at all about trading he has gained a good understanding of the forex markets. Please understand that this means Richard is very much still in the embryonic learning phase and obviously has a lack of experience unlike the other forex traders you all know from the Dynamic Trader blogs but it will be interesting to watch Richard evolve into a complete dynamic trader during 2009.

I have listed the dynamic trader forex blogs so please add them to your favourites and visit them daily. All three forex blogs are different so make it your daily routine to read these forex traders analysis.

Now for my analysis. Below is a daily GBPUSD chart which I was talking about with Richard whilst the initial set up was taking place only yesterday. We hit the figure in a downtrend against a trendline. Stochastics shows overbought with a fib reversal tag. Yesterday this was an immediate short and the range moved about 150 pips down today. If we have break above then apply the ESLT to trigger the trade but as the trend is down, beware the risk involved with such a move unless you have a good understanding of the confluence of events involved. This is a short analysis for a chart that I think is quite obvious so I will leave it to you to follow through on what you think the complete analysis and way forward should be.

Cable Level

Happy New Year forex traders.

Welcome back for another week of trading after the christmas break. No sooner did the new year start when it seemed like christmas day all over again. Profits were gift wrapped on the Euro and the Cable and handed over to us. Almost 300 pips across both pairs in less than an hour. Each of you who have come through our mentoring should have picked up plenty of pips this morning using our techniques before you even got to your desk in your office.

The GBPUSD is at a support level 1.45 and if we breach this the next major support zone is 1.40 so watch this pair. Cable is deeply oversold so we can't be too far from a retracement but all of you from the webinars will be aware the rules on that.

I would like to remind all the Dynamic Trader webinar attendees of the new state of the art laptop competition so please remember to check your emails.

 

In the coming weeks we will be taking up a new activity. As most of you who know us will be aware we recently joined the worlds largest supercar club which is nothing short of amazing fun. Driving these cars is just so exciting and thanks to a couple of friends for the recommendation. Well, for 2009 and starting in the next few weeks we have decided to take up rally driving and also the services of Stig's aquaintance so we can learn properly. We also bought a Honda Type R a few weeks ago for our training period. If all goes well we will put an order through for a Nissan GTR solely for the use of race track driving then I am sure Javid will ask me to put more pictures up for the dynamic trader car enthusiasts. Below is the Nissan GTR we had a few weeks ago.

Euro Setting Up

Good morning dynamic traders.

We are close to a set up on the Euro Dollar one way or another. In the near term this pair will be giving out further profits either through a 123886 or perhaps a confirmaed BOB. As always a confluence of events is required then wait for the signal before pulling the trigger.

The Advanced Get chart below is of the Euro Dollar daily and although not shown the Cable has a similar set up without the MACD.

Captured 500 Pips

Good morning dynamic day traders.

Yesterday we saw some big moves across the currency markets and using Javid's 3D strategy on the GBPUSD claimed over 500 pips and in some cases 800 pips by this morning. Well done to the traders who took this trade.

Those using Javid's 3D will be aware the strategy is low risk against good gains and yesterdays GBPUSD trade alone proves that.

I hope most of you who trade the Cable have taken yesterdays trade and now managing your positions.

Swing Trade Pullback

Hello dynamic traders.

Hope you are all having a good weekend. The weather has held up well and indeed it is quite sunny here in the West London region today. Lewis Hamilton won and Arsenal didnt lose so all in all a good weekend.

Javid informed me that Agnes has done well last week from the 3D strategy we shared with you advanced dynamic traders and also Jaco gained 1200 pips from 3D so all in all, it seemed to be a very good week for most of you dynamic traders. Well done to all of you trading 3D. I would like to thank those who took the time out and contacted us during this week.

Thanks and congratulations to Jagir and Saba for doing an outstanding job with the continuous updates on Javid's forex blog. Many of you commented how you are enjoying these updates and how they are helping you with your own trading. Thank you Saba and Jagir. In the coming weeks the forex blog will have an additional forex update. The mornings will be analysed by Saba, late afternoons by Jagir and the evenings by Bijal. We are all looking forward to Bijal's updates. I wold also like to say a quick thank you tyo Bijal and Ash for our London Art Fair passes which was a great day out.

Talking of updates, I would like to point out a swing trade possibility on the GBPUSD.This pair has been in a downtrend since July 2008 and after producing a pullback and continuation it seems to have found some support. If you are looking for an appropriate entry point for a short continuation trade then a little patience may be required. I am looking for a pullback to 175 - 179 zone with my usual confluence of events and depending on circumstances at the time, I want to look for a short entry on GBPUSD with a good positioned stop loss.
